  • I use AppCleaner. It's free and works very well.

  • very helpful. I'll. Try this out as soon as I get home
  • I use AppDelete and it works great. And... it's FREE!
  • I have been using AppDelete for a while and loved it. But then I updated it to the newer version earlier today and they have added the 'donationware' stuff.

Well, as a rule, I don't pay for software. I don't know why, its just something I have never really been able to afford to do. And it isn't a 'donation' if they're making you 'donate' - thats called buying it after a trial - so I went elsewhere.

Thats when I found AppCleaner on Download.com. Its free and does an even better job than AppDelete - top marks.

  • I have read about the AppCleaner and AppTrap, but...which one is better?
AppCleaner is an application itself, but AppTrap lies in the pref. pane and no application is found in the app. folder, so I guess it integrates itself within the OS.

If anyone know the who the winner is between those two, please let me know :)
    Thanks.
