I run a big online travel agency, and I spend all day replying to emails from clients. About 90% of what I type is boilerplate material. I found Texpander about a year ago, great little program, does exactly what it is supposed to. It cut my time down from about 15 minutes per email to about 5 or less (I usually have to do research to reply, that is what takes the 5 minutes now). Best $30 I have ever spent.

I pretty much did the same as you... I heard Merlin and Leo talking about it, downloaded it, and haven't used it since. However I like the idea about using it for forms, so I'm going to start with that and see where it takes me from there. Thanks for nudging me in the right direction, Brent!
