About 90% of what I type is boilerplate material. I found Texpander about a year ago, great little program, does exactly what it is supposed to. It cut my time down from about 15 minutes per email to about 5 or less (I usually have to do research to reply, that is what takes the 5 minutes now). I heard Merlin and Leo talking about it, downloaded it, and haven't used it since.  However I like the idea about using it for forms, so I'm going to start with that and see where it takes me from there.
